Solution 1: Please make sure to exit the FinalSync program prior to any updates; FinalSync requires to close the running application to successfully finish the updating process. To make sure that the FinalSync program has been totally closed, please check the FinalSync icon on the system tray: if there were still the icon on the system tray, please right click the icon and then click Exit to close the program; if there were not, the FinalSync had been successfully closed, and then you could proceed the update process.

Please temporarily disable or exit the anti-virus programs on your computer, some of which are blocking any registry writing on the system startup entry and thus FinalSync could not properly be installed on the user' PC; FinalSync does write into the startup entry in order to notify the user that there are problems needed to handle with, however, it does conflict with some anti-virus programs.
Q: How do I uninstall FinalSync™?
A: To uninstall FinalSync™ please do the following:
Close FinalSync™ if it is currently running.
Uninstall RegistryEasy™ from the Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs utility.
Or you can run RegistryEasy™ uninstall utility from Start menu\FinalSync™ programs group.
